KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 25 (Bernama) -- The number of flood victims in Selangor increased tonight following the opening of two additional temporary relief centres (PPS), while figures in Kelantan, Kedah, Penang and Perlis declined compared to this afternoon, with Pahang remaining unchanged.
