KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 13 (Bernama) -- Negotiations on Sabah’s 40 per cent revenue entitlement will commence soon at the technical level and can proceed even during the 17th state election, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
