Moscow Court Fines Apple US$38,141 For Refusing To Remove Prohibited Content

MOSCOW, June 18 (RIA Novosti) - A Moscow court has fined Apple 3 million rubles (US$38,141) for refusing to remove prohibited content, a court representative told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.

"By the decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Apple Distribution International LTD was found guilty of committing an administrative offence under the Code of Administrative Offences of Russia. It was sentenced to an administrative fine of 3 million roubles," the representative said.
