KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 5 (Bernama) -- Dorsett Kuala Lumpur has officially launched “Perfect 10”, the latest initiative under the Dorsett-Your Rewards Loyalty Programme aimed at providing enhanced benefits to its members.
In a statement today, the hotel chain said the initiative is built around the "Stay.Explore.Reward" concept, enabling loyalty programme members to earn one stamp for every eligible room night booked directly through the official websites of participating Dorsett-Your Rewards hotels starting Oct 1, 2026.
It said members who complete 10 eligible room nights across a minimum of two stays within 12 months would unlock Reward Credit equivalent to one complimentary night.
“The Reward Credit is calculated based on the average room rate of the 10 eligible nights, excluding taxes and service charges, and can be redeemed at participating hotels through their official websites,” the statement said.
In conjunction with the launch, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur said it hosted the Perfect 10 Experience Launch at the hotel’s Club Lounge, gathering guests, media, key opinion leaders, corporate partners and loyalty members on Oct 1.
It said the event featured an interactive journey through 10 experience stations highlighting various aspects of the Dorsett experience, including local discoveries, Malaysian flavours, wellness, social experiences and rewards.
“Participants who completed all 10 stations using a special Perfect 10 Passport were eligible for a Lucky Draw featuring prizes such as stays and dining experiences at participating Dorsett hotels across Malaysia,” it said.
It added that Perfect 10 reflected the hotel chain’s commitment to making every stay more rewarding while encouraging members to continue discovering destinations across the Dorsett network.
Dorsett Kuala Lumpur is part of Dorsett Hospitality International, one of Asia’s fastest-growing hotel group, with an international footprint across China, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe.
