KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 20 (Bernama) -- A total of 45 Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd (Allianz Life) NewGen Community members qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in 2025, including one Court of the Table (COT) qualifier.
Allianz Life, in a statement, said nine other members became Allianz Centurion Producers after recording more than 100 issued cases each.
Among the stand-out performers were Sharon Yong, Victorya Chan and Olivia Lee, who attained the prestigious NewGen Grand Slam Award within their first three years.
“The trio were honoured at the inaugural NewGen Conference 2026 recently held in June, where Allianz Life Changers from across the country gathered to celebrate success, inspire future talent and strengthen the next generation of agency leaders.
“The award recognises agents who have achieved MDRT qualification, Allianz Centurion Producer status, Million Dollar Unit or Group Builder Pacesetter recognition, and A4CC membership,” according to the statement.
Established in April 2025, the NewGen Community was created to support its agents, Allianz Life Changers, in their first three years in the business by providing structured training, mentorship, networking opportunities and leadership development, laying a strong foundation for young entrepreneurs to grow, succeed and serve their customers with confidence.
Allianz Life Chief Sales Officer Raymond Cheah said the achievements of NewGen Community members demonstrated what is possible when ambition is matched with the right mentorship, development opportunities and a supportive community.
