MELAKA, July 14 (Bernama) -- The number of flood evacuees in Melaka remains at 43 people from 11 families, with only one temporary relief centre (PPS) still operating in the Jasin district as of 8 am today.
The Melaka State Disaster Management Committee secretariat, in a statement, said that all the victims are being sheltered at the Sekolah Kebangsaan Tehel temporary relief centre.
All evacuees are residents of Kampung Gapam, Kampung Lubok Kasau, and Kampung Tehel (Parit Lampung and Tanjung Labuh).
