Enra Energy Partners With Italy's Fincantieri To Support Naval Vessel Projects

KUALA LUMPUR, May 22 (Bernama) -- Enra Energy Solutions Sdn Bhd, an indirect 70 per cent-owned subsidiary of Enra Group Bhd, has entered into a technical collaboration agreement (TCA) with Fincantieri S.p.A., a joint stock company incorporated in Italy.

Fincantieri S.p.A. is an Italian shipbuilding company based in Trieste, Italy.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Enra Group said the agreement provides for cooperation in supplying and supporting new naval vessels, including multi-role support ships and littoral mission ships.

“The TCA is not expected to have any immediate material financial effect on the earnings, net assets, or gearing of Enra Group for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

“However, the collaboration is expected to contribute positively to Enra Group’s long-term strategic positioning in the maritime and defence sectors,” it added.
