KUALA LUMPUR, April 14 (Bernama) -- A book on the late Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s leadership and intellectual legacy is scheduled to make its official debut at the upcoming Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair 2026.
The Cultural Centre of the Iranian Embassy in Malaysia said the book, titled Futuristic Outlook of the Martyred Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is co-published with the Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organisations (MAPIM).
The book was launched by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Principal Research Fellow of the International Institute of Advanced Islamic Studies (IAIS) Malaysia, Dr Ahmad Badri Abdullah, at a ceremony at IAIS here on Tuesday.
“This publication aims to reflect on the intellectual legacy, strategic vision and future outlook inspired by the leadership and struggle of the late martyr, and its implications for the Muslim ummah and global geopolitical realities,” the centre said in a statement.
Also present were Iranian Ambassador to Malaysia Valiollah Mohammadi Nasrabadi, the Iranian Embassy’s cultural counsellor Dr Habibreza Arzani, as well as academics, civil society leaders and youth representatives.
The Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair 2026 will be held from May 29 to June 7 at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur.
