Universal Serviced Office Expands To Mid Valley, Riding On Malaysia’s Growing Business Outlook

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- Universal Serviced Office (USO) Sdn Bhd has opened its seventh serviced office facility at Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley Megamall, here today.

USO chief executive officer Hesham Mansour said a simple yet strong philosophy underpins USO’s rapid rise.

“Our strategy is straightforward -- customer service first, expansion second. Quality always trumps quantity, and we only expand once our existing operations deliver the very best experience,” he told Bernama after the launch of USO’s seventh facility.

Established in Labuan in 2021, USO began with a single serviced office at the island’s Financial Park Complex and has since expanded to three locations in Labuan, two in Bangsar South, and now two in the Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley.

Hesham said USO’s locations offer strategic advantages, being within walking distance to major retail hubs and light rail transit (LRT) and mass rapid transit (MRT) stations, combined with Parisian-inspired facilities, advanced security, high-speed internet, and transparent all-in-one pricing.

“The two new Mid Valley sites alone, at Levels 3A and 5 of the Gardens North Tower, house 337 workstations and 47 offices. 

“Bangsar South contributes 245 workstations and 38 offices, while Labuan offers 333 workstations and 141 offices, bringing the company’s total to 915 workstations and 226 offices nationwide,” he said.

Hesham said beyond office spaces, USO has become a hub for collaboration and corporate engagement. 

Its Mid Valley and Bangsar South outlets feature seven meeting and training rooms, a Parisian-themed event space for 130 participants, and a 280-capacity auditorium.

“In Labuan, we primarily serve the financial services sector, but in Bangsar South and Mid Valley, our tenants represent a wide range of industries, mirroring the diversification of Malaysia’s economy,” he said.

With Kuala Lumpur’s business landscape expanding and Labuan maintaining its role as a financial centre, USO aims to build on this momentum by offering quality-driven, flexible solutions for businesses across Malaysia.
