KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 (Bernama) -- Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi extended his congratulations on the occasion of the official birthday of the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim, today.
In a Facebook post, Ahmad Zahid, who is also Minister of Rural and Regional Development, conveyed the greetings on behalf of his family, the staff at the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, as well as the entire leadership and members of UMNO.
“Honouring His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the Sultan of Johor Darul Ta’zim and Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
“Extending heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the official birthday celebration of the Sultan of Johor on March 23, 2026, corresponding to 3 Syawal 1447 Hijrah,” he said.
Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil also extended his congratulations on the occasion of the official birthday of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim today.
"Extending heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the official birthday celebration of His Majesty. May Allah protect the Sultan. Dirgahayu Tuanku,” he said
The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Law and Institutional Reform), Azalina Othman Said, also conveyed her wishes.
She prayed that His Majesty would be blessed with good health and a long life, and that Sultan Ibrahim would remain under the blessings and protection of Allah SWT in safeguarding the people and nation.
"May Allah SWT grant His Majesty long life and be blessed with enduring health and prolonged blessings, with all honour and greatness. Daulat Tuanku! May Allah protect the Sultan,” she posted on Facebook.
