KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 19 (Bernama) -- The Westin Kuala Lumpur has unveiled its Ramadan 2026 buffet, themed “Cerita Kita di Ramadan 2026”, offering nostalgic flavours and a bazaar-inspired dining experience.
In a statement today, the hotel noted that the buffet is thoughtfully curated by executive chef Arfizan Rahim and his culinary team at The Living Room, the hotel’s halal-certified kitchen.
“Guests will be treated to an extensive buffet featuring the chefs’ favourite recipes alongside beloved Ramadan classics.
“This year’s offering includes a lively bazaar-style setup at our al-fresco site, where the aroma of traditional dishes and vibrant flavours create a truly nostalgic experience,” it said.
Among the highlights are a wide selection of signature dishes, including Kambing Tandoori Golek, Nasi Briyani Kismis, Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin, Roasted Chicken, Salai Kuala Pilah and Bubur Berlauk.
The buffet also features Aromatic Claypot Rice, Chee Cheong Fun, classic warung favourites, aneka lempeng, Sup Utara, aneka bakar, and popular street snacks, alongside seafood on ice, a variety of ulam and pickles, hot casseroles, wok-hei Chinese offerings, an Indian counter, and an assortment of Western dishes.
According to The Westin Kuala Lumpur, the Rendang corner will serve a variety of rendang dishes, including Rendang Ayam Kampung Hijau, Daging Pahang, Udang Cili Padi and Rendang Kupang, complemented by lemang hitam, lemang puting, ketupat palas and ketupat daun kelapa.
Complementing the expansive buffet spread is a selection of traditional Malaysian desserts.
The Ramadan buffet is priced at RM238 nett per adult and RM119 nett per child on Fridays and Saturdays, and RM198 nett per adult and RM99 nett per child from Sunday to Thursday. Children aged six and below dine for free.
The hotel is also offering an early bird promotion from Jan 12 to Feb 20, with vouchers priced at RM150 nett per adult from Sunday to Thursday and RM180 nett per adult on Fridays and Saturdays.
Additional discounts of 15 per cent are available for Marriott Bonvoy members, Club Marriott members and selected bank cardholders, applicable to normal prices.
