KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 16 (Bernama) -- Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has granted Pimpinan Ehsan Bhd an extension until June 30, 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission Malaysia.
The renewable energy company said in a Bursa Malaysia filing today that Bursa Securities will suspend and delist the company’s securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 8.03(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR) if the company fails to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the extended timeframe.
“It would also apply if the company fails to obtain approval for the implementation of its regularisation plan and does not appeal within the prescribed timeframe, or extended timeframe, as the case may be,” said Pimpinan Ehsan.
The company’s securities would also be suspended and delisted if the company does not succeed in its appeal.
“In addition, the suspension and delisting would take place if the company fails to implement its regularisation plan within the timeframe or extended timeframe stipulated by the relevant authorities,” it said.
