GUA MUSANG, Jan 14 (Bernama) -- The family of Nik Razizi Nik Rahim, the chief executive officer (CEO) of a transport and fuel supply company who perished in a road accident yesterday, claimed his body from the hospital today.

The remains of Nik Razizi, 55, were claimed at 11.45 am following funeral prayers held at the Gua Musang Hospital Forensic Department compound.

The deceased’s brother-in-law, Mukhriz Hassan, 48, said the burial would be held at Kampung Banggol, Pengkalan Chepa, after Asar prayers.

"The deceased frequently travelled to Kuala Lumpur for work but rarely went by car. Usually, he would take a flight there.

"We accept this as God's will. We have lost a brother who was very kind to all family members," he told reporters when met at the hospital here today.

The post-mortem on Nik Razizi took nearly three hours and was completed at 11.30 am.

Meanwhile, the post-mortem for another victim, Nik Azmi Nik Othman, 47, is expected to be completed after Zohor prayers.

In the 12.40 pm incident yesterday at Kampung Paloh along the Gua Musang-Kuala Krai road, three men were killed while three others, including a woman, were seriously injured.

Gua Musang police chief Supt Sik Choon Foo identified the three deceased as Nik Razizi, Nik Azmi, and Mohamed Saiful Kamaruzaman, 33.
