Sabah Polls: Ewon Retains Kadamaian For Third Term

KOTA KINABALU, Nov 30 (Bernama) -- United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO) president Datuk Ewon Benedick has retained the Kadamaian  seat in Saturday's 17th Sabah State Election.

Ewon, who has held the seat since 2018, maintained his mandate after winning with a majority of 9,672 votes in an eight-cornered contest.

According to the Election Commission (EC), Ewon secured 11,977 votes, defeating his seven challengers.

The Kadamaian constituency, which has 26,249 registered voters in this election, is one of four state seats under the Kota Belud Parliamentary constituency, along with Pintasan, Tempasuk and Usukan.
