KUALA LUMPUR, May 6 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives edged lower in early trade today.
At 9.22 am, the spot month May 2024 contract eased by one point to 1,593.0, June 2024 lost two points to 1,593.0, September 2024 erased 1.5 points to 1,581.5 and December 2024 slipped 2.5 points to 1,585.0.
Turnover amounted to 1,290 lots, with open interest reaching 46,107 contracts.
By 9.30 am, the FBM KLCI had risen 3.18 points to 1,592.77, compared to Friday’s close of 1,589.59.
