MOSCOW, April 10 (Bernama-Sputnik) -- The Moscow city court on Wednesday approved a third turnover fine for Google amounting to 4.6 billion rubles (US$49 million) for its refusal to delete YouTube videos spreading false information about Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, extremist and LGBT (banned in Russia as an extremist movement) content, the court’s spokeswoman told Sputnik.

"The appellate instance of the Moscow City Court rejected the complaint of a Google representative against the decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow dated December 20, 2023, that found Google guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 5 of the article 13.41 of the administrative code," the spokeswoman said.
