KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 (Bernama) -- The telephone number for the Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) Customer Service Centre will be changed to 03-9779 1200, effective April 1.
In a statement today, KTMB said the current number 03-2267 1200 can still be used until March 31.
However, the operating hours will remain from 7 am to 10 pm daily.
“This change is part of KTMB's digitalisation initiative, which is introducing a new customer service platform called KASEH that uses a chatbot.
“The introduction of KASEH is timely considering the number of enquiries KTMB receive such as train schedules, ticket purchase methods, products, terms and conditions of service, and promotions,” the statement reads.
The public is encouraged to use KASEH for all service enquiries via the website www.ktmb.com.my or KTMB's Facebook Messenger," it said.
