Bubbles O2 Targets Rm12 Mln Sales This Year

IPOH, Jan 13 (Bernama) -- Local premium mineral water producer, Bubbles O2 aims to achieve sales worth RM12 million this year; an 80 per cent increase from its total sales last year.

Bubbles O2 Sdn Bhd founder and chairman, Arifin Marzuki said as of June 2023, the company recorded sales totalling RM6.7 million.

“During the same period in 2022, the company achieved RM3.7 million in sales nationwide,” he said.

Arifin said this to Bernama when met after being named as the Entrepreneur Icon during the MARA Poly-Tech College and University Poly-tech Malaysia’s Student Affairs Excellence Award Ceremony here today.

He is optimistic that the target can be achieved due to rising popularity of the Bubbles O2 mineral water, as well as the company’s successful penetration of the United Arab Emirates and Brunei markets.

“Most recently, Bubbles O2 received the United States (US) Food and Drug Administration’s approval, enabling the company to export the product to the US this year," he said, adding that the company is also taking steps to penetrate the United Kingdom market.

Currently, the Bubbles O2 mineral water is sold in supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide, including 7-11, Petronas Mesra, Aeon Big, Lotus’s as well as PLUS R&Rs.
