KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 8 (Bernama) -- MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd chief financial officer Mazatul Aini Shahar Abdul Malek Shahar’s garden leave will be extended from Dec 15 to Jan 15, or until further notice from the board.
A Bursa Malaysia filing today said MSM’s business operations will continue as usual and announcements will be forthcoming in the event of material developments on the matter.
Recap that on Nov 3, 2023, MSM, which operates FGV Holdings Bhd’s sugar business, told the exchange that Mazatul Aini was placed on a temporary leave of absence effective Oct 20, 2023 until Dec 15, 2023 to facilitate an ongoing internal investigation.
