KUALA LUMPUR, March 8 (Bernama) -- Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd (Hong Leong AM) has declared RM373 million in income distributions for 22 funds for the period of Jan 1, 2022, to Dec 31, 2022.
Executive director and chief executive officer Hoo See Kheng said despite concerns about global inflation and market volatilities, the company had upheld its commitment to deliver sustainable distribution yield to its investors.
"Moving into 2023, we are optimistic that we will see broad-based recovery and growth this year, driven by sustained investor confidence and market stabilisation," he said in a statement today.
According to the asset management company, the top-yielding fund was the Hong Leong Consumer Products Sector Fund with an 8.59 per cent one-year distribution yield, followed by Hong Leong Growth Fund (6.90 per cent) and Hong Leong Hong Kong Equity Optimizer Fund (6.71 per cent).
