Sans Aesthetic Wellness officially acquires X-Beauty & Aesthetic

PETALING JAYA, Dec 15  (Bernama) – Sans Therapeutics Berhad announced the acquisition of X-Beauty & Aesthetic, following a signing ceremony at a hotel here today.

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Tan San Chin announced the addition of Sans Aesthetic Wellness, which focuses on aesthetics and "the beauty of wellness".

She said after the acquisition, X-Beauty & Aesthetic will be officially renamed as Sans Aesthetic Wellness and will also take over its five outlets located in the Klang Valley and one in Johor.

“In 2023, we hoped to add five more branches as we will open up franchise rights and look for like-minded partners to join us. In addition, we also look forward to listing the Group in the next three years,” she said in her speech at the signing ceremony.

Tan said relocation arrangements have been made for customers of the Uptown Damansara outlet to be transferred to the Kota Damansara branch for treatments and urged customers to trust the company to complete the transition and ensure that each customer is satisfied

“Being a socially responsible company, the corporation must maintain the integrity and responsibility to become an industry benchmark and keep customers at ease,” she said.

Tan said the group will be engaging fully in the field of stem cell technology as it can help in anti-aging, anti-oxidation, anti-cancer and disease prevention as well as to promote one of their services in the future.

Meanwhile, X-Beauty & Aesthetic CEO Datuk Dr. Jess Low Yen Young said the company faced an organisational restructuring after its growth was halted in the last two years because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"I am confident that Sans Therapeutics Berhad is a reputable and accomplished corporate group that can deliver the best quality products and attentive services to its customers," she said.
