KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7 (Bernama) -- Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd of Tokyo has announced that a supermarket and a beauty store -- Mitsukoshi Fresh and Mitsukoshi Beauty, respectively -- will open their doors on Nov 18 at the Mitsukoshi BGC shopping mall in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila.
Mitsukoshi Fresh and Mitsukoshi Beauty are both operated by Mitsukoshi Federal Retail Inc, a joint venture between Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings and Federal Retail Holdings Inc of Makati, the Philippines, a subsidiary of real estate developer Federal Land Inc.
Based on the concept of “A Feast of Your Senses”, Mitsukoshi Fresh is a premium supermarket that offers fresh food and imported food from Japan, Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings said in a statement.
The aim is to become a supermarket that can be enjoyed by all five senses, the company said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Mitsukoshi Beauty will mainly provide natural and organic cosmetics under the concept of “Be Essential, Be You,” offering a wellness lifestyle.
Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings said the store will offer a line-up of products that are “only available at Isetan Mitsukoshi” by utilising the cosmetic selection and offering capabilities cultivated on the natural and organic cosmetics floor of Isetan Shinjuku Main Store in Japan.
