KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 (Bernama) -- MBSB Bank Bhd is initiating a weekend banking service where it will be operating three of its branches on two Saturdays this month.
The weekend banking initiative is to provide customers with services such as account opening, financing, takaful as well as debit card application and issuance.
MBSB Bank group chief executive officer Datuk Nor Azam M. Taib said that it is the bank’s duty to constantly review and improve services to suit its customers’ banking needs.
“We are glad to assist our customers even on weekends.
“Time is a precious commodity, and we hope that our customers will benefit from this, while providing new banking opportunity to the mass and potential customers from the activities on the weekend banking,” he said in a statement today.
MBSB Bank branches involved are in PJ Sentral, Penang and Johor Bahru that open from 9am until 3pm on Nov 5 and Nov 26.
