KANGAR, Sept 26 (Bernama) -- Hashimah Kassim, 58, the wife of Perlis state executive council member Azizan Sulaiman passed away at 8.06pm tonight at the Tuanku Fauziah Hospital, here today, due to cancer.
Azizan who is state chairman for Housing and Local Government is also the State Assemblyman for Santan.
Dr Azizi Azizan, the son of Azizan informed Bernama about his mother’s passing.
“My mother Hashimah was suffering from cancer,” he said.
Hashimah’s remains will be buried at the Kampung Padang Pauh Muslim Cemetery tomorrow.
