KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 5 (Bernama) -- Inta Bina Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has received a letter of award (LOA) from Eco Ardence Sdn Bhd for the design and build main building works contract of Hana Service Apartment for RM146 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said the contract involved mixed development comprising a block of 500 unit service apartments, a podium level of facilities, a block of eight storeys car park, a five storeys commercial block and an ancillary building.
It said the construction period shall be for a period of 30 months commencing from the date of site possession on Nov 11, 2022.
The company said the contract would be funded via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.
It added the contract would not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina and is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of the group for the duration of the contract.
