ARTRONIQ BHD’S wholly owned subsidiary, Artronix Sdn Bhd (ATX) had entered into a distribution agreement (DA) with Even Systems Co Ltd for the appointment of ATX as a non-exclusive distributor to market products.
This is including but is not limited to the equipment, software licences, electronic products and sealed software packages.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Artronix said the rationale for entering into the DA was to create additional ancillary income for ATX and Artroniq group and to enable the company to concentrate on its core business while maximising business opportunities.
It is not expected to have a material effect on the net assets and gearing of Artroniq group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2022.
