Tunku Besar Tampin remains NSFA President

SEREMBAN, Feb 17  -- The Tunku Besar Tampin Tunku Syed Razman Tunku Syed Idrus Al-Qadri has been returned unopposed as president of the Negeri Sembilan Football Association (NSFA) for the 2022-2025 term.

State Secretary Datuk Dr Razali Ab Malik was also returned unopposed as deputy president at the 88th NSFA Congress that was attended by 68 delegates today.

Tunku Syed Razman told reporters after the congress that he was committed to managing the association as best possible, especially in further developing the sport of football in the state.

“We hope to get 100 per cent support from various parties so as to ensure the state team will be able to give a tough fight in this season’s Super League campaign. We will do our best to develop football in the state, right from the main team to the grassroots level in unearthing new talents,” he said.

He added that the NSFA hoped to build a new stadium with the best training facilities as well as enhance efforts to develop futsal, women’s football and grassroots football through the NS Soccer Academy.
