KKMM donates "Kotak Kasih" to flood victims in Taman Sri Muda

SHAH ALAM, Dec 20  -- A total of 700 donation boxes dubbed “Kotak Kasih” was distributed to flood victims in Taman Sri Muda, Section, 25, here today, courtesy of the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia and private sector.

The boxes were presented by the Communications and Multimedia Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa’s press secretary Datuk Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz to the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department director Norazam Khamis.

“Tomorrow, we will distribute more donation boxes in three other flood-hit districts, Hulu Langat, Sepang and Kuala Langat,” he told reporters after visiting the flood situation in Taman Sri Muda.

He said for the affected victims in Kuala Lumpur, the ministry has been providing aid in the form of dry food, cooked meals and temporary shelter at Rumah Prihatin@Grand Seasons.
