KUANTAN, Dec 15 -- The Sri Pahang FC football team received jersey and equipment sponsorship worth a total of RM1.13 million from a Bumiputera company, Hakka Clo Plt.
Sri Pahang FC chief executive officer Datuk Mohamed Suffian Awang said the sponsorship, for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, is expected to boost the spirit of Sri Pahang FC players to display the best performance in the Super League campaign.
"We are very proud that Hakka Clo Plt is led a Pahang native. We hope Sri Pahang FC can perform better next season and at the same time enhance Hakka Clo Plt's image as a supplier of quality sports equipment in Malaysia," he said.
Mohamed Suffian told a press conference after signing the sponsorship agreement with Hakka Clo Plt chief executive officer Noor Soallihin Mohamed at Sri Pahang FC lounge here yesterday.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Sri Pahang FC chairman Raja Datuk Shaharuddin Shah Raja Jalil Shah.
