KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 -- iDimension Consolidated Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, iDimension Systems Sdn Bhd (ISSB), has secured a RM21.37 million contract from Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, iDimension Consolidated said ISSB will act as the system implementer for Kossan Rubber's Enterprise Resource Planning project using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
The 28-month contract will commence from Nov 22, 2021.
"The contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings per share and net assets per share of the company for the financial years ending June 30, 2022 and 2023, or until the expiry of the contract.
"The contract will not have any material effect on the gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ direct or indirect shareholdings of the company," it said.
iDimension Consolidated is a leading regional e-manufacturing solutions provider specialising in semiconductor, consumer electronics, discrete and process manufacturing and other industries.
