KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 -- The following is a denial of a viral news item on social media by related agencies, issued through the Communications and Multimedia Ministry (KKMM) Quick Response Team.
The Hulu Langat District Health Office (PKD) has denied issuing any message offering vaccination to voluntary recipients without complying with the prescribed channels should the registered recipients fail to turn up for their vaccine jabs at the Bangi Health Clinic.
It stressed that the message was fake and that neither the vaccination centre nor the Hulu Langat PKD had issued such a message.
As such, the Hulu Langat PKD urged the public not to spread the message, which could cause confusion and concern among Malaysians.
