MELAKA, Feb 28 -- The Melaka United Football Club (MUFC) today launched the team's new 'home' and 'away' kits for the 2021 season.
The launch ceremony was held online to comply with the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) which is currently in force in Melaka.
The Hang Tuah squad has continued collaborating with local sports brand manufacturer Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd for the second year running, and maintained the traditional light-green colour for its home jersey.
However, for the away jersey, MUFC has opted for a grey version, while the third jersey will be launched by April.
The jersey launch was officiated by Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Sulaiman Md Ali during half-time of MUFC’s pre-season match against Kelantan FC at the Hang Jebat Stadium here, tonight.
Also present were Melaka United FC Sdn Bhd chief executive Datuk Mohd Saiful Mat Sapri and Melaka Unites Soccer Association deputy president Datuk Mohd Yusoff Mahadi.
MUFC kicks off its Super League campaign against Sabah at home on March 6
