KUALA LUMPUR, July 27 -- Real estate services player, AME Elite Consortium Bhd (AME) intends to invest RM25 million in capital expenditure to build two new blocks of i-Stay@Indahpura workers’ dormitories to support the requirements of customers at its i-Park@Indahpura industrial park.
In a statement today, it said the two additional hostel blocks will be able to accommodate almost 2,700 people in total, raising the accommodation capacity at I-Stay@Indahpura by 54 per cent to about 5,900 people including the current dormitories
AME executive director Simon Lee said with the existing dormitories in i-Stay@Indahpura were currently 99 per cent occupied, the new dormitory blocks would expand the capacity to attract more multinational companies (MNCs) and local enterprises to establish their bases in i-Park@Indahpura industrial park.

“We endeavour to reinforce this standing by expanding the capacity and features at our i-Park industrial park, so that the state enhances its appeal to attract top-notch investments from all over the world,” he said today.
The company stated, upon completion in 2021, the AME enlarged dormitory capacity in i -Stay@Indahpura and i-Stay@Senai Airport City would increase to more than 8,400 persons.
