KUALA TERENGGANU, Dec 26-- Former Johor Darul Takzim II (JDT ll) winger, D. Saarvindran will be playing for Terengganu Football Club (TFC) next season.
It was announced by the Terengganu Football Association (PBSNT) through the club's official Facebook page, Terengganu Football Club, after the contract signing ceremony today.
According to the Facebook posting, the Klang-born Saarvindran who was the former national Harimau Muda squad player (2010-14) had previously played for Pahang (2015-16) before joining JDT II in 2017.
"Saarvindran has signed a one-year contract with TFC. His presence will further strengthen the Turtle squad in the Malaysian League (M-League) competition in the 2020 season," it said.
Meanwhile, TFC head coach Nafuzi Zain said the 27-year-old player service was dunned by the team to strengthen as well as provide more player options on the wing.
"We decided to have Saarvindran's service after two weeks of evaluation, during his trial training with TFC.
"I hope he will be able to showcase his remarkable performance, just like when he played for Harimau Muda, Pahang and JDT II," said Nafuzi, as quoted in the Facebook posting.
