KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 (Bernama) -- Pahang Rangers have been told to treat their match against Malaysian Premier Futsal League leaders Selangor tomorrow as if it were the final.
Team captain Khairul Effendy Bahrin, more fondly known as Ayon, said the outcome will determine their direction.
"This a much awaited match. Our confidence will get a boost if we beat Selangor tomorrow,” he told Bernama.
Meanwhile, Pahang Rangers chief coach Taufik Yaiyah said he was confident that his boys will rise up again after narrowly losing 5-6 to Perak away on Thursday.
Their match against Selangor will be played at the Panasonic Sports Complex in Shah Alam.
Selangor are a leading the inaugural premier futsal league in the country with 16 points while Pahang Rangers are in second place with 15 points.
