KUALA LUMPUR, April 7 (Bernama) -- Uzma Bhd’s subsidiary Setegap Ventures Petroleum Sdn Bhd has secured a RM60 million contract from EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd for two years starting Feb 19, 2026, until Feb 18, 2028.
The regional energy and technology company said the letter of award dated Feb 19, 2026, was for the provision of an integrated well intervention and project management team for the 2026/2027 EnQuest Well Intervention Program (Package A8).
The scope of works comprises the provision, supply and maintenance of necessary tools, equipment, accessories and spare parts for well intervention services, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
It said the contract would not have any effect on the company’s share capital and shareholding structure, as it does not involve the issuance of ordinary shares in the company.
“However, they are expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2026, and onwards until the expiry of the contract,” it said.
