KUANTAN, Aug 17 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is bringing the MADANI MSME Digital Grant (GDPM) Fest 2025 to Pahang to ensure that the healthcare sector micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) are not left out of technological developments.
The commission said that the programme aims to help the dissemination of future technological solutions among MSMEs and to create a more efficient and inclusive healthcare ecosystem.
“There will be various interesting activities including future technological solution demonstrations, future healthcare transformation assistance sharing sessions, virtual reality experiences and the importance of using technology in strengthening healthcare service delivery to the public,” the MCMC said in a statement today, following the officiation of the programme by Pahang Public Works, Transport and Health Committee chairman Datuk Ir Razali Kassim at a hotel here.
The programme is supported by the Finance Ministry, Bank Simpanan Nasional, the Malaysian Medical Association and the Malaysian Pharmacy Association, the MCMC said, adding that it is also working with the Health Ministry to raise awareness on Online Healthcare Services guidelines.
The commission also expressed its hope that the programme would support the country’s efforts towards a smarter, efficient and inclusive healthcare ecosystem for the welfare of medical experts, MSMEs and the general public.
The GPDM Fest 2025 will be held next in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on Aug 24.
