In a statement today, the bank said that, in light of ongoing geopolitical and economic uncertainties, including developments in West Asia, it remains committed to supporting customers by helping them manage short-term pressures while safeguarding their long-term financial well-being.
“Recognising that external developments may place financial pressures on individuals and businesses, AmBank Group remains ready to provide assistance where needed,” it said.
Customers who require assistance are encouraged to reach out through the bank’s existing support channels, including the Remedial Programme at https://www.ambank.com.my/repayment-assistance/remedial-programme.
Alternatively, customers may contact their respective relationship managers, visit any AmBank branches, or call the AmBank contact centre, which is available daily from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm at 03-2178 8888.
