MELAKA, April 24 (Bernama) -- Malaysia is shifting its urban development approach from smart cities to “wise cities” as it seeks to balance growth, sustainability and inclusivity in addressing increasingly complex urban challenges, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof said.
