KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 25 (Bernama) -- Malaysia is optimistic about concluding a trade agreement with the United States (US) soon, as discussions between both governments continue on reciprocal tariffs and trade facilitation, said Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz today.
