KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 21 (Bernama) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin is considering attending the upcoming ASEAN Summit, but as of now, only the country’s Deputy Prime Minister has been confirmed to represent Russia, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
