PUTRAJAYA, Feb 3 (Bernama) -- Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi today proposed a voluntary Salary Deduction Scheme (SPG) involving government employees, statutory bodies and private sector workers to expand the Quran waqf programme nationwide.
