BAKU (Azerbaijan), Nov 17 (Bernama) -- Malaysia has some of the cheapest internet rates per gigabyte, reflecting the government’s continued efforts to ensure affordable and inclusive digital connectivity for the people, according to Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.
