BUKIT MERTAJAM, April 25 (Bernama) — The e-Tuisyen Rakyat programme will be made a core initiative to be implemented widely at all National Information Dissemination Centres (NADI) nationwide this year, said Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.
