KOTA BELUD, Nov 24 (Bernama) -- Malaysians are advised to postpone travel to Vietnam and Thailand due to unstable weather causing severe flooding that has affected several areas in both countries, said Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.
