KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 28 (Bernama) -- Seremban and Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan are among the areas affected by Tropical Storm Senyar which was detected entering the waters of the Straits of Melaka since 3.30 pm yesterday and caused continuous heavy rain, strong winds and rough seas.
