PUTRAJAYA, June 17 (Bernama) -- Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Nazrin Shah today said it will be unfortunate for a country when its leaders choose to act impulsively, react emotionally, and proceed recklessly based on personal feelings and emotional influences.
