KUCHING, Aug 2 (Bernama) -- The Kuching City Flood Mitigation Plan (RTB) project under the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP) will cost about RM2 billion, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.
