SUBANG JAYA, April 7 (Bernama) -- Cloud seeding operations launched yesterday are starting to yield results, with water levels at dams in Perlis and Kedah seeing slight rises, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
