PUTRAJAYA, April 16 (Bernama) -- Malaysia will pursue a balanced foreign policy by engaging all major powers while prioritising national interests and regional stability, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said, stressing the need for peace and uninterrupted global trade flows.
